In the event of a covered hardware or manufacturing defect during the 1-year warranty term, customers should contact our support team to obtain an official RMA service authorization. The unit is returned to our authorized regional service center for diagnostic inspection and precision repair.
Our certified acoustic technicians prioritize servicing, repairing, and recalibrating your hardware with genuine components to restore it to peak factory acoustic specifications before returning it safely to you. In situations where an internal module or assembly cannot be restored to factory standards through technical servicing, an authorized replacement unit will be provided.
Over time, earwax and micro-dust can settle onto the fine acoustic mesh, attenuating high frequencies and lowering volume. Gently brush the mesh with a clean, dry, soft-bristle brush. Never use sharp metal pins or wet swabs.
While the earbuds feature IPX5 sweat resistance, the charging case and metallic pin contacts are not waterproof. Always wipe the earbuds thoroughly dry with a cloth before docking them to prevent pin corrosion.
Avoid allowing the battery to deplete to 0% for weeks at a time. If you plan to store the earbuds for an extended period, charge them to approximately 50–70% and keep them in a cool, dry room away from direct sunlight.
Always charge your case using standard 5V USB ports, certified Qi charging pads, or standard USB-C bricks. Avoid ultra-high-voltage unregulated car adapters or cheap uncertified power bricks.
